Payments and delivery

Payments

You can pay for your order on our website using one of the services listed below. All the transactions are encrypted and protected.

  1. Credit Card – We accept Visa/MasterCard and American Express
  2. PayPal 
  3. Apple Pay / Google Pay
  • – depends on your location some of the payment options can be unavailable.

Delivery

  1. FedEx. We are partnering with FedEx this service to ship to most of the destinations.
  2. Delivery time. It depends on your country and the courier service. On average ETA is from 3 to 14 days.
  3. We ship worldwide.  However, due to the areas covered by the courier companies, we might not be able to deliver to all countries.
  4. Shipping costs. Shipping costs are estimated on checkout. The majority of the orders delivered to the most frequently used locations have a fixed delivery cost. Shipping costs may vary based on your location.

Processing and tracking your order

  1. Processing the order. Once your order is confirmed, you can track the status of your order using “this link” on our website. It usually takes 3-4 days to ship the order after receiving the payment.
  2. Tracking the package. After the order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number which you can use to track the package. It will also be available in the “tracking the order” section.
